These terms govern use of the Mivrelle™ store and purchases of our garden products.

Eligibility, access, and accounts
By using the store or placing an order, you represent that information you submit is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a purchase transaction. You are responsible for protecting any account and for activity carried out using your information.
Product information and availability
We aim to describe products accurately. Colors, finishes, dimensions, packaging, components, and availability can vary because of screens, lighting, natural materials, manufacturing updates, or reasonable improvements. Review product details and measure your intended space before purchasing.
Garden compatibility
Gardening outcomes vary with climate, soil, light, plant type, watering habits, local conditions, and use. Product information is general guidance and not professional horticultural, engineering, landscape, legal, or safety advice. You are responsible for assessing suitability for your intended use.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not automatic acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for listing errors, unavailable inventory, payment issues, suspected fraud, or fulfillment limitations.
Pricing, billing, and payment
Prices, discounts, shipping, taxes, and currency are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. You agree to provide complete payment and billing information and authorize the selected payment method.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but will provide reasonable order and tracking support. Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 180 days after delivery subject to stated conditions. This section incorporates that policy, without removing any mandatory consumer protection.
Product use and customer responsibility
Use products for their intended purpose and follow product-specific directions. Keep tools and components away from children and pets where appropriate, inspect items before use, and do not modify a product in a way that could create risk to people, property, plants, animals, or the environment.
Mivrelle™ content and intellectual property
The Mivrelle™ name, logo, product presentation, text, images, graphics, design elements, and store content are owned by or used with permission by Mivrelle™ and its operators. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit them without written permission except for ordinary personal shopping use.
Third-party services and tools
The store may use independent services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics tools, and social platforms. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link or integration does not mean we control or endorse the third party.
Shopify platform
Mivrelle™ is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides platform and checkout services under its own terms. Your use of the store may also be subject to relevant Shopify requirements where they apply.
Privacy and personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the store, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described there, subject to applicable law and your available choices.
Reviews, suggestions, and submissions
If you submit feedback, reviews, or ideas, you confirm that the content is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You allow us to use feedback to improve products and services without an obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Corrections and store information
We may correct errors, update content, withdraw products, or change the store without notice. We do not guarantee that every page, offer, or product will remain available indefinitely.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with store security, use unauthorized automated access, submit false information, impersonate others, infringe rights, upload malicious content, or use the store for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected misuse, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. This does not affect orders or rights that must continue under applicable law.
Service and warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Product rights and mandatory statutory warranties that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mivrelle™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Responsibility for your use
You are responsible for your lawful use of the store and products. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses caused by your breach of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The unenforceable part will be interpreted as closely as possible to its lawful purpose.
No waiver and entire agreement
A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of that term. These terms, together with referenced policies and order confirmation information, form the agreement relating to use of the store and purchases, subject to mandatory law.
Assignment
You may not assign rights or obligations under these terms without consent. We may transfer rights and obligations in connection with a legitimate reorganization, sale, merger, or transfer, subject to applicable law.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under consumer-protection law.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the store evolves. The current version is posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
